Cleverciti Systems GmbH has recently won the Smart Parking Tender in Dubai. Cleverciti will detect 1,100+ spaces in the World Trade Centre District and Sheik Zayed Road.

Objectives:

Real-time parking information for drivers: Detect available parking spaces and communicate them on Dynamic Messages Boards.

General Growth Property (GGP) owns 120+ shopping centres in the USA, with a capacity of 600,000 parking spaces. Currently CCS is running a pilot at Oak Brook Center in Chicago where 5 sensors detect the parking spaces in front of the mall’s restaurant section.

Project: 

The “Smart City Living Lab” in Caloundra is testing intelligent lighting and parking technologies before implementing them in the whole region. Cleverciti  Sensors – integrated in SCHREDER luminaires and SM!GHT masts, detect the parking spaces at the „Bulcock Beach“ parking lot and execute the intelligent light management of the LED lighting. Further functionalities of the “Smart Lampposts” are public wireless LAN access,  environmental sensors, charging technology and emergency system. A cooperation of: UI (Urban institute), Cleverciti Systems, Schréder Lighting and EnBW/Smight.

Galeria Kaufhof Shopping Center, Cologne, Germany

City of Bad Hersfeld, Germany

Project:

Cleverciti Systems installed 6 Long Range Sensors at the Bad Hersfeld parking space mounted at a mast with 4 LED lights and integrated e-charging station. A state-of-the-art LED parking guidance monitor helps the driver to find a parking space fast and easy. Local authorities can monitor the occupancy of these spaces using the Cleverciti software.

Objectives:

Make it easier for the citizens to find a parking space at the central parking space in the middle of the historic center of the city.

Result:

The Cleverciti systems runs with a 99%+ reliability (tested by the city).
